From the very beginning, Bill and the entire team were nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail immediately put us at ease. Throughout the repair process, we received at least two updates a week via text, which was incredibly reassuring. Any time we had a question, we got a response within an hour. From Day 1 they have been very professional and detailed in their communication. Though they quoted much higher (as they replaced everything) than GEICO, they also took the responsibility of dealing this with the insurance company. I. just had to pay the deductible amount. I really liked the proactive SMS updates they provided at each critical phase of the repairs. I will highly recommend anybody looking for Tesla repairs
