Excellent. My car broken down in the middle of the road at night. No other mechanics in the area picked up the phone. But I called this shop and they picked up & let me tow my car to them after hours. The next day they diagnosed & fixed the car. I had my car before 12:00pm and paid a fair price. I would recommend & I am bringing my other car here for repair.

Jose has been taking care of my 26-year-old car since 2017. And since then, my Diamante keeps getting better and at a reasonable price. He takes care of my car as if it’s his own - can’t beat that. When you go to his shop, you’ll get the feeling that the entire family is devoted to meeting customers’ needs. Jose must be very proud that his children are there for him. One time my wife was waiting for me at his shop and Jose’s wife went to my wife and asked whether she needs help. That’s family. Jose and his children are in the picture and of course my Diamante. I highly recommend Jose R. Auto Shop for your automobile needs.

I met Jose on one of the worst days of my life, both my cars had been vandalized! the one left in working condition had 2 tires destroyed I went to the shop and told him the issue and what happened and he quickly got to work ordering newer tires for me, and checking the car out for additional problems and also helped me record the damages, that day he was an ANGEL in my time of need thank you Jose!

Excellent, responsive, honest mechanic and auto expert. I was temporarily staying nearby. Jose and his assistant quickly diagnosed my vehicle's problem and repaired it within four hours. He offered good options and billed very fairly. Outstanding customer service.

I asked the owner to check my cabin filter to see if it needs replacing. He told me I’d need to pay for the service before he checked. I’ve been to plenty of mechanics and they often see if you have the problem before they ask for payment. I told him thank you and left. Please beware of these practices. Integrity is important.
