Champion Xpress Carwash

What can I say? I initially thought that it was not a good idea, this kind of car wash, that is, cuz I was so used to washing my own car, getting my feet and pants wet, getting blasted in the face with mud and debris and washing the stuff under my car, pumping quarters into the machine, dollar after dollar after dollar, freezing my butt on the cold months and taking a couple hours every time to get my car clean. But hence, I was wrong and now in a matter of 15 minutes, tops, I am in and out with a super clean truck, or car, feeling fresh and renewed after dealing with the polite and courteous staff at Champion car washes. I usually go to the Edgewood New Mexico Champion car wash, but if I'm in Albuquerque there's several options and anyone that I have been to have been consistent in their

I love this Champion location & the crew that runs it. Manager Casey is the Best, she is friendly, professional and helpful. She will stop what she is doing to help you with any issues that you might have, just like she did for me. This location is always clean, the vacuums are always in working order, which I appreciate.

The assistant, Lakisha, is always very attentive, she seeks out her customers and makes sure everyone has everything they need and their experience went well. My family and I stopped coming to this location about 6 months ago, we gave it another try when we saw new management and ever since she has gone above and beyond by taking care of people from start to finish, addressing concerns right away, fixing things that need to be fixed. I always see her helping and taking care of her lot and crew. She is the first person in a long time ive seen work with true integrity! She really changed this wash around and now my family, we're happy to stop here at central. From her attention to detail, to the way the wash comes out, to the cleanliness of the store. I really like Champion. It's a more affordable way to get your car washed regularly. They have great customer service and great amenities to help keep your vehicle clean. Adding on another vehicle is easy and affordable too. I have two vehicles on my plan and it's still cheaper than what I was paying for just one vehicle with a different car wash service. My wife and I are very happy with Champion and highly recommend it to others.

While the staff was wonderful and made sure I had a great experience, the car wash itself was subpar. The vacuums didn't work, the spray-off nozzles were weak, and the intermediate wash was overpriced. If you're looking for a superior car wash experience, I recommend Quick Shine.
