Champion Xpress Carwash

If you want to spend upwards of 30 bucks to have two teenagers rub a dirty rag on your car then this is the place for you. It is nice that they offer free towels if they have them. And the two that I got were wet. The air compressor felt like an infant blowing through a silly straw. I'm pretty sure I could have done a better job with some Dawn dish detergent and a water bottle.

Staff are very nice and efficient. Exceptional customer service and I’ve never seen employees be so happy. If they are faking it they are great actors. Always smiling always making sure I have a champion Day!!

Since when is champion a self serve car wash? Anytime I come there is no one there to get payment and to wipe down my car after I go through the wash itself.

Canceled our membership with them after 2 months. The car wash never cleans, always bugs left on the front of the vehicles and just recently, our brand new vehicle was damaged and was denied our claim. It would be one thing if it was 1 vehicle but our second vehicle had the antenna broken. Canceled membership to both vehicles. Not worth the damage and not cleaning well enough. Either spray wash yourself or try Mister. We had them for 5 years and never damaged our vehicles.

The worst customer service. Their rollers that clean the tires broke the valve stems attached to the tpms sensors on our car. We rolled out on 3 flat tires. Stuck in their parking lot they wouldn't do anything. Said to just file a claim. They admitted to their machine breaking them. And that we're not the first. Manager said they don't allow them to help in anyway. Not even an apology. Just beware that your really at your own risk there. And it's a big risk!
