Champion Xpress Carwash

I just signed up for monthly car washes. The person at the kiosk explained the pricing to me as well as the benefits of having a monthly membership versus a one-time payment. There is a person that meet you at the entryway to the automated car wash that sprays a solution on your windshield for the bugs I'm guessing as well as using a soft bristle brush to leather up the windshield front grill and back window / bumper. When you come out of the automated car wash there is a person that will dry off the bulk of your exterior including really wiping down the windows and mirrors. They encourage tipping as do I since all of these folks are actually working hard for a living with emphasis on the working.

This will be a long review because I can’t put into words how thankful I am for the men working tonight. My car died out in the car wash. The guys Edwin, Eko, Arnold “Arnie” and, Noel came right away to help. They pushed my car with my 4 year old daughter in it to Noel’s truck to jump it. They helped me figure out it was my battery then pushed it into a vacuum parking. Doesn’t end there. They came to my car while my daughter and I were parked and offered for us to sit in the office “because it was cold” they offered us water and told us if we needed the bathroom we can use it. They were respectful and helpful and very sweet. I’m a single mother and in today’s world you don’t run across people who genuinely want to help but these guys did. They were sweet to my daughter even telling us the

2nd time trying to give this car wash a chance. Had to run it through twice and it’s still not clean, bugs all over the front, mud still caked in the wheel wells…. I would NOT recommend wasting your time or money here.

If zero stars was an option, that's what I'd leave. I went for a carwash on September 7th, 2025 at 3:08pm. When I pulled up to the payment kiosk a male employee in his early twenties rushed over to my car before I could select anything. He said some hardly audible things and grabbed my card and made selections for me. I thought this odd, but assumed he was just trying to be helpful. Fast forward one month, I'm out of town for a few weeks and go to do my expense report for work (corporate card/car) and notice a charge from Champion Xpress. Being in another state I certainly didn't approve it. Upon visiting the location to rectify being signed up for a monthly membership that I DID NOT approve (the kid did this when he had my card at the kiosk without my consent), and after another month had
