I called in to about pricing regarding a Toyota Rav4, the sales rep did not want to talk about pricing at all unless I came in. I live out of state, its pretty unreasonable to request that. I let the rep know about my location and he responded with "I don't want to talk about pricing, you wouldn't be able to give me 10k or 12k even if that was the price". He then proceeded to tell me to "stay home". The conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. I was dedicated to buying a car from this dealership considering how good the car was shown on CarFax. I couldn't even get a few thought out before being pushed out the "door". I wouldn't recommend.

I bought my car about three weeks ago and took it to the dealer, who listed several parts that needed to be replaced — totaling about 5K. I called Champion Automotive to explain the situation, and they were extremely helpful and understanding. They replaced all the necessary with new parts, including labor, at no additional cost and completed everything in a short period of time.
