Today my daughter and I had the distinct please of meeting Dennis C.! He towed my stranded car to my home. He was extremely courteous, spoke intellectually and made sure that my daughter and I had a safe ride. He really doesnt know how much he helped ease my emotions after having a car quit for unknown reasons! I appreciate his professionalism! I also want to thank the young lady who took my call today. She was pleasant to speak with and she was respectful. This isnt my first tow or service call from Chanceys....and if I ever need another, IT WILL BE CHANCEY'S!

Called and scheduled a tow to be done the next day. They said they would do it between 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm. No one showed up or called. I called them at 6:34 pm and got no answer. At 10:30 pm I get a charge on my credit card. I called and they actually answered this time. The person tells me multiple stories. 1. She says, "We don't have any notes about 5:45 - 6:45". 2."Just went to your residence." 3. "The driver said the hill is too steep." 4. "Nobody called to cancel." 5. "People make appointments to have cars towed from their home residence at 10pm in the evening all the time." I thought someone was recording me for a tubi movie. What a joke. Thank you for working in the extreme cold and doing such an amazing job. I really appreciate everything you have done and said. I've never had no problem with Chansey's they always have good customer service. If you ever come across Timothy he is such an amazing gentleman. Thank you again Timothy I really appreciate you.🥰

Waited almost 4 hours and still no tow. I canceled and called Chastain's Towing. They got to me in less than 10 minutes. Best Towing service I've dealt with.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chauncey’s Towing Company. When I walked in, there were four employees including what I assume was a clerk who saw me but chose not to acknowledge my presence for at least 10 minutes. Instead, they sat scrolling on their phones and laughing with each other. Eventually, a clerk named Karen came to the counter. There was no greeting, just a blunt “what do you need?” I explained I was there to pick up my car after it had been towed by a vendor. The instructions by the vendor clearly stated that I needed to show proof of cleared citations , which I did. Even after providing this proof, I was charged an additional $228. When I asked what the charge was for or how it was calculated, I was told very rudely — “it’s a flat rate,!” The lack of professio
