While on my way to Tulsa, a metal object flew off a trailer in front of me and slashed my front tire. I was able to change it, only to find out my spare was also flat. Stranded on the roadside near Wellston for nearly four hours, I called around for help—Triple A, my car insurance, even tried Uber and Lyft—nothing was available. Out of all the shops I contacted, Chandler Tire was the only one with my tire size, and they truly came through. Zak not only towed me to their shop, but stayed open late to fix my car. He was kind, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about my situation. It’s hard to describe the relief I felt after hours of trying everything and getting nowhere. On Super Bowl Sunday, we broke down on the turnpike near Chandler. Chandler Tire Center sent out a wrecker that arrived within minutes! The driver, Sean, was polite, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process! They were quick, affordable, and took care of us. Highly recommend!

I called and spoke with Howard about getting my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 v6 Magnum rwd and getting a front wheel alignment done. Answering me very professionally and courteously with the quote of $100.00. I will be going there payday to have it done. I have put alot of money into the front end parts, new 10-ply tires all around too. I wanted the front end alignment to be done professionally and he seems to be the best for the job. I will give a full review of the completed project afterwards. Thank you Howard and Crew. The employees do their job, but the owner dont want to answer my questions. When I started to drive away my tires were dragging and when i asked him why he wanted to say it was because of the brakes that dont have anything to do with the steering. He said my truck moved when it was on the lift even though it was in park. He wouldnt give me a straight answer for my truck still wasnt right. I just want to know why I cannot get a straight answer.

Amazing service, very knowledgeable, and helped my family out in a bind. We started our vacation hour in massive blow out. Hwy patrol told us of this tire shop and after getting my spare on I traveled here. Won't lie was fearful of any tire or mechanic shop as always feels they are trying to get anything and everything from you. But not here. Honest, knowledgeable, and great people here. Got me right in, inspected my other 3 tires. Did give a recommendation on replacing another tire but did not try to sit there and push it on me. Yes I did replace the other tire too. I live about an hour from this location and would consider driving here just for tires. Pic of my tire included
