Over the weekend my Transmission blew on the way to Edmond Oklahoma. Luckily I was in Chandler Oklahoma when it happened. Hertz came to my rescue... literally!!!! Came picked me up took me back and worked with me to find the best price for the rest of the weekend. Not only did the gentlemen do that he figured in prices and helped me get my van home 3 hours. We rented a car for the rest of the weekend and then sunday rented a Uhaul with a tower to tow my van. Way cheaper than a tow truck! No hassle nothing. They figured EVERYTHING out for me. I can NOT express how pleased I am.
Rented a car from this location took a $50 Uber to the location and was told they sent the car to the airport to accommodate a different renter and just cancelled my reservation for no reason. Now taking another $50 Uber back to OKC. Response to owners comments: How about if you know someone reserved a car you don't send the car to the airport? It's not something that just happened you knew that I had a reservation and then you sent the car to the Airport because you didn't mind not honoring the reservation. It's not something that happened it's something you knowingly chose to do.
Very horrible service on Hertz side. Had a flat tire, said it would be over $100 to have someone come out. Returned the truck, looked over the bill and was charged late fees for every time I had to extend it.... how is it late if I called and extended the rental? That was an extra $70. And now weeks after our rental was returned we are being charged over $250 for tolls, when I asked to add my pikepass at the beginning of the rental. Hertz is a joke.
This hertz location has always come through for us. We've rented vehicles multiple times with no issues. Definitely recommend this location.
My daughter was in a rollover accident. Took many days to schedule a rental. I called this hertz and reserved a car Told him what time I would be there. I drove 45 minutes to get to Chandler and he tells me he rented out our reservation. And he didn't even call to let me know. Do not use this rental company. Drive to the city.
