By far the best garage in wv, they are fast and they dont rip you off unlike every other shop in wv they actually know what they are doing they are real full time technicians who know exactly what there doing hands down the best shop to take your vehicle to .

I went for a consultation and quote for services. They were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely consider them for work in the future.

Do NOT recommend. Communication was horrible and unprofessional. They had my truck in the shop for 6 weeks and still could not fix it. Additionally, Chandler's Auto Service towed my truck to the wrong place and they did nothing to fix their mistake. Cost me an additional tow truck fee. Do not send your vehicle here!

Had news tires and front end alignment and a few other elements my truck was suffering from. Was amazed over the detail a perfectionism and professionalismthe employees putt forth on getting my red gmc truck well again. Very fair price ,the work and customer service was outstanding. Went in for u joint replacement and to get my clutch checked because it was losing pressure in my Jeep. After neglecting my 8am appointment I waited a week to get, they called me the next day and said the u joints were fixed, no issues w the clutch. I said “ Have you driven it?” There is def problem when the clutch pedal goes to the floor. “ We bled it and didn’t see a problem.” Fast forward 3 days later when I take it to SS Automotive in St Albans. They put a pressure test on the system and told me my Clutch Master Cylinder is leaking. Hence the pedal issue. Now it’s fixed. No issue. Now, I know Chandlers Is popular in SA. I like watching Greg race and have great respect for what they do in that body shop. As far as my experience…. I won’t go back nor will I recommend any mechanic work be
