Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Upon arrival James greeted me with a water and asked me to pull right in to the bay! They assessed my lights to make sure all was in order. Dave came in waiting area and showed me my air filter and gave me his advice. I was allowed to wait in the warm waiting area while they gave me fresh oil and made sure my tires had the correct pressure! My info was still in their system so they knew what exactly what I needed to be safe on the road and not break down. Super pleased with the service and staff was exceedingly kind! Great experience & nice gentlemen to take care of me. It was nice to be treated as an equal and not just a female that doesn’t know anything about my truck. Very respectful and grateful to me. Michael was professional and so kind, he took great care of my Truck. He was very thorough checking the filters and window fluid. The oil change was quick. He let me know some things that I was not aware of with my truck. I truly do appreciate that a lot. I always recommend Strickland brothers to my friends and family. The assistant Adam, was fantastic when doing an oil change on my Wrangler and my F150. Kept me in the loop on things he checked for me, and offered suggestions about what I'd need to do going forward with them. Topped off my washer fluid and tires too! They seemed to be steadily busy when I arrived, but got me in/out in about 15 minutes once I got pulled into the bay. Will be back, and would definitely recommend!

Quick, reasonable service. Todd was friendly and helpful. He told me up front the cost, oil type, etc. He walked me through each step of what they were doing. In and out quickly.

Just got my Mercedes oil changed there after finding out they can in fact they can do foreign car oil changes. I was actually in and out In less than 10 minutes. Adam was the employee that took care of me and he was very friendly and educated me on some stuff I didn’t know, but appreciated. I will 100% be back!
