I dropped my truck off 10/21/25 for what should’ve been a simple tire change, but when I returned to pick it up, I immediately noticed fresh scrapes and damage along the back left bumper. I went inside to report it, expecting them to take responsibility, but instead the manager just handed me a phone number with no explanation or concern. When I politely asked the mechanics if anyone had driven my truck or noticed any accident, they became defensive and aggressive, almost like they wanted to start a confrontation. Both denied any involvement, and when I asked for the security footage, I was told they’d “get back to me” — but it’s clear they have no intention of doing the right thing. What started as a routine tire change has turned into unnecessary stress and costly damage to my vehicle.

Definitely Would Not Ever Do Business With Them I Sent My Friend There For A Simple Tire Plug We Called The Day Before And Was Told They Would Take Care Of Us 8am Arrived By 805 am Not To Mention We Called Them @801 am And Was Instructed To Take A Photo Of The Tag Prior To Coming Inside Upon Arrival Arrived Went Inside And Immediately Was Told We Can’t Do The Plug On Your Car Unless You Leave It For 2 Hours / Mind You We Drove 1hr 15 minutes To Get There Was Told To Check With Shell Across We Were Like WOW We Go Across The Parking Lot To Shell Who Did Not Have Anyone To Help Us Out HOWEVER They Went Above And Beyond Themselves To Help Us — Called Around To 3 Other Repair Shops And Sent Us To One Of Them Shell On Crain Hwy @ 450 - They Completed The Repair In 7 minutes!!! Literally!! — Wow

I wouldn't even try to bring my truck to this place. I called just to ask for a simple inquiry to see if they had a specific size socket. I told the young lady that I will be driving 45 minutes away to get tires done. She said I will have to come there for them to even look to see if they had the socket, which I do not understand when all you have to do is look around to see if the socket was present for me to get the job done. Done. Instead she told me go find a shop that I am near to. Which was very unprofessional and bad customer service.

Customer service was abysmal, they were extremely rude to not just me but all the other customers that walked in after me. They were also extremely rude to a mechanic who came out for some parts. They just treated everyone like they were a nuisance. Unfortunately will not be coming back.

Took my car here to replace wheels and tires, while here they broke and replaced three wheel studs cause they were over torque/cross threaded. Went to do my brakes today and every single wheel has an over torqued/cross threaded wheel lug. The last people to touch my wheels was here. This is bullshit, how am I gonna pay for you to fix wheel studs just for you to over torque the wheel studs again that I can't even brake the stud without an impact wrench. My torque wrench doesn't even click at its max of 160lbs. So I know you over torqued these to hell.
