I bought a car outright from Chantilly Auto Sales, and while the vehicle itself has been reliable in terms of mileage and basic performance, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The tires had obvious dry rot when I took delivery—something that should have been caught and replaced before sale. They also included “secure keys” that were already broken and useless, and they just left them in the car without any warning or fix. Worst of all, it took them nearly 5 months to send me the title, despite me paying in full upfront. I only received it after repeatedly following up and finally threatening legal action.
