Great service, Brian was knowledgeable and gave me answers to my questions about my vehicle. Came in for an oil change but now will get extra work done on my other vehicle. This is an all in one stop. Gas, munchies, mechanical work, food truck, and slots!!! You can’t win if you don’t play :)

I came in for a routine oil change and left genuinely impressed. From the moment I pulled in, Brian made the entire process smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and you can clearly see he takes pride in running the shop at the highest standard. The team walked me through everything, double-checked their work, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean, the service was quick, and the pricing was completely fair. It’s rare these days to find a place that treats customers with this level of honesty and care. Brian ensures everything is done right, and you feel confident your car is in the best hands. Highly recommend this location — five stars all the way! Will definitely be coming back for all my maintenance needs.

Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment using a Groupon, and the team at Shell Chantilly has been great so far. They were upfront about my car needing more oil than what the deal covered, and they handled everything professionally without making it complicated. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout the process. Really appreciate the customer service here — it’s refreshing to deal with a shop that communicates clearly and treats you with respect. Looking forward to getting the car back, but so far the service experience has been excellent. Definitely recommend this location.

Great service, Brian was super nice and helpful! I got the full synthetic oil change this morning (Saturday)- arrived around 11am- car was ready for pick up within 1.5 hours. Brian helped check my car in, called me when the car was ready and provided me with an estimate for my next service (breaks need replaced). Overall 5/5 experience- highly recommend and will be returning in the future.

If you wanna get completely screwed over go to this place. I used a Groupon here a few months ago with no issue. I needed an oil change and searched Groupon and they showed the same deal so I purchased it. I drop of my car today and I was told that the will not honor the Groupon that they advertise on. Odd, well then you should stop advertising a deal that you refuse to honor. I was told that you can only use that deal one time. Even though Groupon says I had 2 coupons left to use here. They never called me to tell me my car was ready!!! Thank god I called them and got there right before they closed. So I had to double pay and then file a complaint with Groupon to get their refund. I get into my car, the seat, steering wheel, lights have all been adjusted. I have my lights set to auto but
