I've been using Chantilly Steering for my car repairs and maintenance, and I’m really happy with their service. Jim is very knowledgeable, experienced, and honest. He takes the time to explain what’s actually needed and doesn’t try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. It’s a small business, and you can tell they really care about doing the job right. Prices are fair, service is quick, and you know your car is in good hands. it’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust—and I’ve definitely found one here. I came to Chantilly Steering after needing the emissions done on our Nissan Xterra that we had just purchased. I checked the reviews online and saw they were good but my personal experience was phenomenal. We knew when we purchased the car that there were some repairs we’d have to make ourselves, so while there, I inquired if they had the time to look at some things for me. Without hesitation, even with being so busy, they pulled my car back and got to work. We were in and out in great time then once I received the estimate, everything was easy from there. Communication was clear, the staff and owner are honest, courteous, and make you feel like family. They have definitely gained a customer and absolutely recommend their services! Had to have some major work done on my brakes for my 07 4Runner. Basically replaced every brake component in the rear, Calipers, rotors, pads, and hoses. Work was done quick, done well, and cheap. Toyota quoted me nearly double what I paid here. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family

Wow! We had 2 other opinions about my car that pretty much said my, less than 10 year old, car was a goner. Jim took the time to really explore what was wrong and fixed it! He and his staff dedicated their time and energy to make sure my car was safe and ready to drive. They kept us informed along the way and really went above and beyond. Thank you! Highly recommend!

My engine got overheated, KIA wanted me to replace bunch of stuff and pay $2k. I took the car to Chantilly Steering and Jim fixed the car and charged me $500 saying most of the stuff the other shop wanted me to replace was perfectly fine. Honest and experienced mechanic!
