I wanted to share my fantastic experience today at Chapel Hill Tire Apex. I called first thing this morning and spoke with Terry who was incredibly professional very warm and friendly and took care of my ask immediately which was to please get my car in today for an inspection. Chapel Hill Tire was kind enough to come pick up my vehicle get it inspected and return it to my house within three hours. If you need a trusted hometown auto repair shop, you should definitely go to Chapel Hill Tire Apex… Very Knowledgeable and have great customer service. Quick outstanding service. They helped me out in a bit if a jam, one of my wheels cracked for no discernable reason. 2 years old, no damage, quite expensive. I had a set of forged Konigs rush shipped to me and they were able to get the tires removed from the poor quality wheels and installed on a much stronger set in less than 1 hour. Service manager was quick to answer the call and invited me in for the service about 1 hour before closing. They unloaded my truck, 2 sets of wheels / tires unmounted then remounted my tires on the new wheels. Car is driving much better now with a straight set of wheels on it. Great experience! Came in with a nail in my tire and they took care of it within an hour. The shop was clean, the front desk staff were super friendly, and they even offered a free shuttle. I got text updates while I waited, which was really nice. They also noticed an oil leak and honestly told me the dealership should handle it since it’s under warranty. When I picked up the car, there was no charge. Very trustworthy and professional — highly recommend!

George and the team at Chapel Hill Tire in Apex truly went above and beyond. They kept me informed every step of the way and were upfront about what my car needed now and what could wait for the future. In talking with them, I genuinely felt heard — like they were focused on doing right by me, not just getting the job done. I really hate to write this review but I don’t want others to experience what I went through here. On 02/26/2026 I brought my car in for an alignment to be performed, picked my car up around 4:30 the same day. I received an email stating my car needed a valve cover replacement due to an oil leakage , ball joints replacement because they were torn in the video sent to me and a battery cleaning because of the terminals being dirty. My question is how can an alignment be done properly and safely with torn ball joints, I should’ve never been charged $129.00 because there’s no way you can perform an alignment correctly if the ball joints were torn as stated in your video sent to me. (No documentation was given to me about the alignment performed showing me the actual alignment) I was also tol
