Chapel Hill Tire in Cary delivered truly exceptional service when I needed it most. I was stuck in an important hearing and forgot to leave my key in the lockbox — and they went above and beyond by sending Brantley to pick it up (in the pouring rain!) so my service wouldn’t be delayed. They kept me updated throughout the day, patched my tire perfectly, and even completed a courtesy inspection to make sure everything else looked good. Audrey is hands-down one of the best service advisors I’ve worked with in years — professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. Their after-hours system is also fantastic: you can leave your car and key securely and pick it up later, which makes life so much easier with a busy schedule. Top-notch service from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be back.

Outstanding customer service. Audrey was a pleasure to deal with. Went in for a state inspection, was in and out in 20 mins. In addition to the state inspection, they did an entire vehicle inspection for free! Afterwards, Audrey went over everything with me to make sure I didn't have any questions and she did not try to pressure/upsell me at all. They also sent me pictures and videos of all the recommended work. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at an auto mechanic. Moving forward this will be the only place I trust with my cars.

I was thinking, I found a place for my cars to get them serviced here. But now I am thinking- is it a good place for it?! Last service - Spent 1,5 hour more than expected. The service interval for oil change was not reset. Tires were pumped up much more recommended numbers. And what is uncomfortable- always one adviser register you and everything going perfect. Then during the waiting time that adviser disappear, and you need find out yourself, what is going on with your car and when it will be ready. Unfortunately Very disappointed …

Truly appreciated the tire repair work done on my 2022 Lexus while traveling from Virginia to visit family for Thanksgiving. Their work made things easy for me and the price was unbelievable. When I asked how much I owed the service manager told me we don't charge for tire repairs. On top of that they looked over my vehicle and pointed out some service/preventive work needed. I am very thankful.
