Taylor and Geoff are fantastic. I've been a Porsche owner for 17 years, recently, discovered them. It is a bit of a trek for me. They are out in Sterling. However, the silver line is very convenient if you live closer to DC just take the silver line to innovation station and it's a $10 Uber ride. Taylor Chapman is well known in the Porsche circles. He has decades of experience. Their specialty seems to be air cooled Porsches, but also water cooled through the 997 and they are adapting beyond the 997 as well. More importantly, you will get honest and good service. And the rates are also reasonable . Most dealerships in our area charge 230-250 per hour mostly to cover their overhead with their fancy shops. Taylor and Jeff are awesome! Very very knowledgeable on Porsches of all vintages. They provide quality service at a fair price. When you visit you feel a true relationship not the typical repair shop transaction. I have taken 2 cars there for everything from routine maintenance to performance mods.

The first red flag should have been the shop does not provide quotes or estimates for any work until they see the car. Chapman assured me via email they are “30% cheaper then other shops in the area”. Ok - Dropped my car off the night prior and was told I’ll have a quote the following day. 3 days later I got the quote. I was not even upset, just impressed they could outprice the Porsche dealer. No explanation on how many hours per job or even what there labor rate was…another huge red flag. When I asked about the labor rate and hours per job so I could better understand how I was quoted so high, I was told to come pick up my car. Overall huge waste of time, they don’t pick up the phone and respond very slow to emails. 3 days for an estimate is crazy, especially when you scheduled many wee
