Yesterday was my first time coming to Chapmans and I was more than impressed with how they handle everything! This is for sure a place where you can go get your vehicle worked on and leave without a wonder if it’s done right. Plus you can sit peacefully in their amazing waiting area! It’s right next to their shop building and their chairs are wonderful!

I live in Hayden and have the choice of going to Craig and steamboat. Once I found Chapmans, in Craig, I haven’t gone anywhere else. You go in tell them what’s wrong, they inspect your car in a timely manner(free of charge) and get back to you with exactly what’s wrong. The guys up front are genuine and sincere and you get a sense that they care. They also don’t try and upsell you on unnecessary fixes. The mechanics know what they’re doing because I’ve never had lingering issues. I highly recommend for the first rate customer service and mechanics they have in house. They also have a mini cooper mechanic in house which is helpful for us as we have a mini. Also, reasonably priced for the area.

I was trying to get my eldering brothers car started. His eye site is poor and he could not see well enough to see what was wrong. He wanted me to take the battery out and get a new one for him. I called Chapman's to see if they could send someone over to help. They came within 10 minutes and took the car to the shop. They fixed the several things that needed repaired and brought the car back. The service was above and beyond what I was expecting but very appreciated. Thank you all for caring for those that were in need of help without hesitation. You guys are the best.

I had my Mercedes van towed to Chapmans after a collision with a deer just north of Craig which blew up my front grill and radiator. I could not be happier with how the team at this shop treated me. They got me back on the road in two days - miraculous given they had to have parts shipped in. I highly recommend this shop - it has both great techs and great management.

I had a great experience at Chapman's, from start to finish the service was excellent. I had neglected my jeep for months and was dreading a huge bill and headaches, but Kyle the service manager broke down all the pricing and it seemed very reasonable. I had taken my vehicle to Victory motors before for a similar issue and it was not resolved. My Jeep and I are both happy now. Kyle also hooked me up with a loaner vehicle for the overnight service which was so convenient and truly appreciated!
