Great service on a Sunday morning. Detected possible front hubs grinding. I called early Sunday and they answered the phone call. We were passing thru Craig and worried about the grinding and abs lights flashing the night before. He came to our location to further diagnose the issue and promptly determined the problem, go to NAPA to get a hub assembly, pull apart the front wheel and reassembled the wheel THAT MORNING so we could be on our way to Frisco. Im happily typing this from Frisco Sunday afternoon! Thanks for the great service, professional work and a prompt repair!

Daughter scheduled to compete at Steamboat Springs on Saturday and Sunday. Our GMC Yukon broke a left front CV Axle Saturday morning. We called Murray’s in the afternoon, sent a picture, and vehicle information. Caleb was able to get the part and arranged to make repairs at our hotel parking lot on Sunday morning. He repaired the axle. We took it out for a test drive and noticed the transmission slipping. He checked the oil. The transmission needed an oil change and filter. He called to check on parts, found them on a Sunday. He went to get parts, made repairs. We were able to get the kids home on Sunday Evening. We live about 200 miles away. A month or so ago I got a recommendation from a neighbor for Murrays. Our neighbor said he was good, quick and convenient. A few days ago my starter went out in my truck. I called Caleb late that night and left a message, the next morning he called back. I let him know my repair wasn't urgent but he was still able to get out to me the next day. He sent me an estimate before heading out so I knew what what we were looking at assuming things were what we expected. He had me up and running within 45 minutes of arriving to my house.
