Chardon Square Auto and Tire

Had my car towed here from another shop. Jeff is honest and to the point. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I first had my truck inspected by them when I bought my truck and they did a thorough job and provided me a report. 5/5 stars for this one. Fast-forward several months later and my truck completely lost communication with either the CPU or RF module. Even though the truck had to be serviced by the dealership, Jeff (the GM) was awesome to work with and took all of my phone calls with such pleasantries and never seemed bothered. Even when the tow truck company no-showed and cancelled on me after 6 hours and the truck had to stay overnight at Chardon Square Auto. Thank you, Jeff! I appreciate all your help!

We've have been using Chardon Square Auto and Tires for several years and have not been disappointed. Easy scheduling, (including changes), straight forward explanations of service needs and great work.

noticed wear on the passenger front tire ,on the outer edge,a friend repacked both front wheel bearings ,which looked fine.put it all back together .. drove fine,but now i wanted to get a wheel alignment done... DONT GO HERE.As other reviews have stated similar stories of being charged 49.95 +tax for nothing...i went to Chardon square tire,they said we have to charge you 49$ to inspect it to be sure we can do the alignment, Me thinking the front end just needed an alignment ,i said okay. when i called them .....3 hours later,they said the LH upper control arm/ball joint was loose ,and the right hand wheel bearing had play..,they offered to fix these issues and do the alignment ,for 960?$.. i was like nope(they charged me 60$ after tax, for an unspection.. i went to my mechanic friend Sim

I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but I was very pleased with my recent experiences getting some needed work done on my car. Although they were clearly very busy, everyone that I talked to was very patient, friendly, and willing to listen to my questions and concerns. They had great communication and lived up to their "Peace of Mind" Warranty when a part that was replaced less than a month earlier failed again and they replaced it free of charge. Great people, great service, and great price. Thank you!
