Hrastar Automotive has the number one thing I look for in a mechanic, integrity. He is honest and forward about what is and isn't needed. Greg is fast and provides excellent value. I was advised on what I needed to look for in buying tires online but he also offered to acquire them too. He did my brakes with what I bought. He also told me that in the future he would be able to get them cheaper. I unfortunately didn't ask before I bought them. Greg is also an ASE-certified Master technician with 10 current certifications. He is conveniently located in Chardon near 322. He has also been a mechanic for his whole life. I don't think I know of anyone who has been one longer or is more skilled. It was nice to get a free estimate of what the work would cost before so that I could know for a fact

Greg is an awesome guy to deal with, he is very knowledgeable and most importantly honest. He diagnosed the problem with my car and explained what needed to be done and also provided pictures of what needed to be done. Repair was done in a timely manner, and would not hesitate to use him again.

Greg was recommended to us after a concerning diagnosis from another shop. He accommodated us with dropping off the car when we could. Greg was all over it in no time, diagnosed the issues, sent my wife pictures and for a reasonable cost made the repairs. He was also professional in recommending the things that needed attention sooner than later. Safe to say we found our new car guy.

Greg is awesome. He was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and upfront with diagnostics/pricing. He replaced my motor blower and thermostat the same day I brought it in. I look forward to his service the next time I need something done.
