My car was hit from behind in 12/23. Charles was very helpful to my needs. Due to ordering parts for my 2020 Rav 4 and the waiting period to dealing with insurance company and rental time pertaining to my insurance contract, he was exceptionally helpful. He gave me a loaner when my rental agreement with insurance company ran out. He fixed my car and even fixed scratches unrelated to accident. I would definitely patronize him again and his work on my car was impeccable making it look like a car coming off the showroom floor. Thank you Charles!

I would recommend this place to anyone First of all, he was able to give me an estimate right on the spot where everyone else wants to run you around for appointments months in advance. Then I dropped my car off Sunday night. He has it back to me before 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. When he told me it wouldn't be done till Tuesday. Then he even sent someone to pick me up to take me to my car, Which looked amazing, even painted it for me. Couldn't even tell I got hit there

Well I can say I will never go there again. My floor mates were taken . They had to do the door but it's a mess. All they did was put a door skin on it .I had white paint all inside of the car. There is paint on my front window . They just didnt do a professional job. I,m telling you this because my insurance paided over $8000 my car is a 2021 they got over
