Charles & George's Car Wash

I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews lately for this place. I’ve been using C&G car washes for many years and they’ve always done a good job. This time I got the works, which was $45. This is the actually the 2nd time I’ve been in a month. First my wife’s RAV4 Hybrid, now my Corolla Hybrid. Both times, I felt like it was worth the price u paid. The employees did a great job cleaning it once it went through the wash. I hope they are getting paid well because they are working very hard. I am very happy with the service. Both times our cars look like new again!

Efficient, very well staffed,and they do a great job. Everyone seems to really want to do their job well. Plus, there's a great gift shop and a peaceful waiting area where my car is always ready before I can read a few pages of my book. It's a great price and folks seem proud to do an excellent job. Bring extra cash - you will be very impressed and want to add to the tip box.

I wishing they had a zero star option. My wife took our car in for a wash today and they locked the keys in the car. She had to wait an hour for them to get a locksmith to unlock the doors. No apologies, and they pointed out they wouldn’t refund the $56 for the wash because “we paid for the locksmith”. As if that wasn’t bad enough, please review the attached pictures. They didn’t even clean the vehicle. The manager/owner was completely unapologetic. Take your business elsewhere, this place is awful.

paid $50 for “the works” and this is what i received. as soon as i sat down i noticed there was still sand in the crevices of my seats. the pink polish is staining but they failed to even vacuum the crumbs around it. about to take my car to LUV and clean it myself. what a huge disappointment and waste of time and money.

I have been searching for a car wash like this for 6 months and I stumbled upon it today just one stop light away from my job. I just got the outside done as I was on lunch break. Very fast and efficient. Super cute gift shop inside. Rocking chairs are outside for you to sit and wait for your car to be complete. This location is not too far from home either, I’ll be back.
