Very decent place to get a car fixed. I was amazed with the quality of services offered that will not beat the prices in the town. Very reasonable prices. Service is quick. I am a student at umass lowell, I go here just to get my car diagnosed and i get honest feedback. Before I had a car, I used to take cars for test drives and ask charlie, his feedback saved me from buying 2 junk cars which i had spotted on craigslist. I am happy with the car charlie recommended me. One of my friend got a car from charlie, and its been 4 years now, the car works very fine. Charlie keeps good cars if in case someone is looking forward to buy any. I would recommend Charlie’s auto repair shop to people who wants to get the best for what they pay.

This place is a straight up scam everybody. They have no idea how to fix cars and they lie heavely about the cars they sell there. Said the car had 80k and was in great shape. I get there and it has 310k and hadn't been started in months. Watch out for them especially Charlie and Kenny. Save yourself time, money, and frustration, and just go anywhere else
