They really should change the name of this place to Charlie's Big Top because they have nothing but a bunch of clowns in this place. They left tools under my hood and waited two weeks before calling me and asking if I would look and see if they were there and return them because they were expensive. Lost my keys and after a hour of searching they find them bringing them back to me thinking it was funny like I had time to wait on them. Also breaking my dash without letting me know what happened and leaving a mess. You would think that they would of been apologetic after I talked to the secretary about what happened but not these people, they don't care about you or your vehicle just their over priced bill for lousy service. They gave me a warranty but I wouldn't subject my vehicle to

Thumbs up all the way! On a 10 hour road trip, when suddenly we hear a funny sound coming from the motor. We exited the Turnpike and ended up in an unknown neighborhood. After a quick Google search we find Charlie's Auto Care. They were able to identify the damaged serpentine belt and order a new one and replace it immediately. We are so grateful that we got immediate help and were able to get back on the road and still make it to our destination at a reasonable hour. We waited in cozy waiting room where we were offered snacks, coffee and cold water. I always dread car repairs because I never know if I'm going to get ripped off, but we left Charlie's with peace of mind! Thanks to Bill and Loretta, and the mechanic who helped us out!!

Charlie’s is family owned and the difference is exceptional. When you walk into the office it is cozy, inviting with plenty of hospitality! I have only received the most honest diagnosis for my vehicle issues and general maintenance. They do everything there! I appreciate their commitment to excellence to be upfront and transparent with estimates, cost, and service. The staff and mechanics go above and beyond to ensure every customer experience and service is excellent.

Excellent connected customer services! It was a pleasant experience to do business with Charlie's Auto Care from scheduling/follow up phone calls to visiting the shop. I will like to note that a services that will be done in a few hours in the city, it will take a few days at Charlie's but then it is part of the small shop experience. The shop is adorable, clean, simple! Love supporting family business, it's a win win.

I had my car towed there due to it not starting. When the mechanic went to check it out the vehicle started on its own. The sweet lady from the office advised me immediately. Long story short if it was another place they’d never tell u and charge u a bunch of money as if it needed fixing. Very satisfied with the honesty and professionalism!! Recommended!!!
