The young lady who works at front desk is amazing and, very sweet. They kept me informed about the service of what needed to be done and sent pictures of everything. I'm definitely making Charlie's auto care is where I am taking my car!!

Very happy with the service provided by Charlie's Auto Care. They are definitely my go to shop. Just recently, my daughter needed quite a bit of work done to her car and they had it all completed within about a day and a half of diagnosing. I really like that you receive an estimate link through text so that you can approve or decline repairs quickly and easily while looking at the notes from the technician. One of the things I really appreciate is they listen to you and they explain things so that you fully understand. I've taken many vehicles to dealerships for repair and ended up spending money unnecessarily because the service department didn't listen to what I was saying. Can't recommend Charlie's enough!

Was having major electrical issues with my truck. I worked on it for over a month along with a friend who is a licensed mechanic and very knowledgeable. Couldn't find the problem. Keith at Charlie's found the cause in just about 2 hours. AWESOME JOB, "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND" if you need service.
