Rapids Oil Change

I change my own oil usually but I’ve brought my wife’s car here for years since it still had the manufacturers warranty. Every time I’ve gotten the oil changed they’ve always been friendly, don’t up-charge you on things you don’t need, charge a fair price. I can’t recommend them enough!

Very good local place to get your oil changed at. Was there for ten minutes, is rarely busy. Average prices, professional work, faster than anywhere I’ve been.

I originally rated these guys five stars and visited regularly before today. Before open, another customer drove around me, cutting in line. I was cranky, decaffeinated, and irritated by this and asked the lady why she did it. During this time, an employee opened the door and defended the lady for rudely cutting the line, saying that I left too much of a gap to allow her to do so. I admit that I reacted poorly, but that employee's reaction and insult towards me made me decide to not visit here again. I am now a happy regular customer of Outshiner in Charlotte.
