Charlie's Body Shop

Had our pickup for 1 1/2 years. Never completed it! We asked multiple times when it would be finished and he would always say two weeks. Give me two weeks and it will be finished. He always had an excuse like " taking a while to get the parts" or " I ordered the wrong door" and so on. Last two times I asked about it he admitted to having what he needs to complete it, and he would have it out the following Monday, That was around 6 weeks ago. The last time I confronted him he said he'll just back it out of the shop for me and I can drive it home. So I agreed, after all it certainly wasn't going to get fixed at this shop. Took over 6 months to get my truck done. Kept saying parts on back order, parts coming in next week, order wrong parts. After I received my truck it wasn't done properly took it to another shop and they got it fix within 2 weeks.

Fixed my car very fast after I hit a deer. Very professional and reasonably priced

They where very professional. They fixed our side window a few minutes after I got there. I would use them again.

This place is a absolute joke... I wish I could post some pictures of my pickup when I got it back absolutely terrible.
