Worst place to get your auto repairs done I gave in my car to get the bumper fixed and it's taking a month and a week so far which is absolutely insane will never come back here gotta find a place that values my time as a customer especially with how much money is being spent

Took my jeep to a local competitor on thei nsurance list, they looked it over said come back for a detailed estimate. Charlie's, looked it over, under, inside and out. Pointing out the damage on the frame etc.. Deb said this vehicle is not safe, you should park it . I like the insight and attention to detail they always display. Thank you .
