We had an awesome experience dealing with Pete's Pro Truck & Auto Repair! We were traveling across the country, when our Ford F350 thermostat needed to be replaced. We called, and Letisha was so gracious, and got us an appointment for the next day. They were very professional and thorough, and Letisha was the nicest person to deal with! We HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repairs you might need!

I took my car in for an estimate with my car looking clean & neat, i picked it up today & they went through my glove box & middle console & spread it across my car. They stole my bluetooth plug in. All because I chose not to do $5,800 worth of work on my 2006 & this is how they chose to return my car. I encourage you not to do business with this company & if you do I suggest you take out bluetooth, chargers, & anything that you may think you can leave in your car; they will steal from you.

First it cost me 10,000.00 and 4 months of waiting and then when I get truck back the heater hose blew off and lost all water good thing I was close to a place to get water and find where it was next I took them a new fan and radiator to put in it was never installed. I had to buy a new radiator to put in on the side of the road and still had to trailer the truck into there shop to get looked at now it's going to cost me $3500.00 more to get it out which I don't have and they will not stand to take up part of the bill to there negligence I would not recommend them to anybody. And on top of that I got a trailer in datil that is sitting there in the open and they don't care if it gets taken it should be 0 stars from me. I have had the opportunity to share my experience with repair by our own hometown business. I called him on a diesel repair the first time. He was on time, worked on my vehicle, and diagnosed my problem. I was back in business that same day. I contacted him soon after that repair about shop work. I was told he could get to it within a couple days or so. He is superman in my book, I then had him work another repair. His prices are very reasonable along with his knowledge. My car completely failed on me a few days ago and I took it to Pete's for repairs, this is the second time I've taken it to them. Both times, I have been EXTREMELY satisfied with all of their work. They are honest, professional, very nice, and they are very affordable. They will continue to get my business and I recommend them to anyone that is having vehicle troubles. 10/10 Wonderful!
