Worst experience ever. The young manager guy is super super rude and I definitely was overcharged for the work of my suspension. I had gotten it priced at other mechanics and I could’ve literally had the same thing done at a different store for $800 less. Never ever will come back here and I don’t recommend getting your car fixed here to anyone. Worst experience I’ve ever had here. I thankfully have found a much better mechanic. The older gentleman that works there however is kind.

Always liked service @ Charlies. Tire repair employee was respectful. Additional employee was not respectful. As leaving employee was rolling tires carelessly beside me as I was leaving. One stated what are you doing. Service with respect is important. Overall give it a rating 1. Repair was a 5

This place is awesome, a real life saver of course my truck had to get a nail in the tire one day before a snowstorm is about to hit. They got me in quick and fixed it up all at a great price.

A Slamming Busy day, Rain and thunder. Rhode Island RV family stops in to Charlie's, being referred by a Lebnon local. Bryan and the team told us an accurate estimate of price and the time to swing back around. About an hour later they switched out the tire in under 15 minutes. A decent tire for a decent price with great service. Thank you guys for getting us back on the road!

Those guys are awesome, I went by the competitors just to get some air put in a tire, I was there for an hour just to not get no help , I Decided to go by Charlie‘s they took care of me wright then. !!!!!!!
