Charly’s Auto Repair is the definition of trustworthy. I brought my Subaru in after dealing with ongoing issues and they found that a previous mechanic had left out important caps for the fuel and air mixture. They could have charged me hundreds more, but instead they fixed it quickly and at a fair price. They even provided a loaner car so I could get back to work. Honest, accommodating, and family-owned — this is exactly the kind of business we should all support on the east side. Goodbye check engine light!! A++++++!!!!!!

In the Auto Repair business communication and honesty is what I value, and these guys knock it out of the park! Fantastic service when it comes to updates on your vehicles. Consistent work and genuine care for you vehicle. They tell you what you need, not what they want. I've gotten assistance on multiple occasions with only being happy with the service. Fair pricing, video updates(which is unheard of in my experience), friendly service. What more can you ask for from a auto business?? All I will advise for people is schedule ahead of any repairs you need, these guys are BUSY. So make sure you make the appropriate time for them to do their business.

Needed a full engine replacement and Charley’s was by far the best price. They also worked with me when the seller of the engine delivered the wrong one. Super easy to get a hold of and did a great job getting my car back in the road.

Got a quick, easy, and reasonably priced oil change. They were also very nice to my toddler.

I'm thankful I found this repair shop. They're family owned and upfront and honest with their estimates and what repairs needed to be made. I've been there multiple times now. I'm getting ready to move out of the area. I would've continued to take my vehicles to Charly's if I didn't have to move away. I highly recommend them. This is an honest review. I had no information with Charly's Repair Shop prior to my first visit and repair. Great shop and family!
