Charter Trucks

My husband drove 6 hrs round trip to look at a truck from this place. He saw it and started the process of purchasing it. My husband was told they don’t have a finance department on site and we would have to do it by email. So my husband and I completed all the paperwork and jumped through every hoop and mailed all paperwork. Everything was finalized, only to be told that they sold the truck out from under him. This is such a disappointment and it’s clear that this place doesn’t really care about the truckers. They’re just there trying to make the fastest buck. Who cares the time and money we waisted. It’s so sad and I strongly recommended finding a truck elsewhere.

Last year 2023 I bought a brand new Peterbilt 579, today September 18, 2024 it is my first anniversary and I am so glad to do business at this place, Gaby help me at the process to get my beautiful truck .

Buying a truck from Charter was great. Steve Young was available and willing to help every time I called with questions or requests. I bought the truck sight unseen and had it delivered to me in Los Angeles. The truck looked and performed as good as it looked in pictures. I was also able to have an independent mechanic show up at their yard without any objections. Will buy again from this company.

Had a great time purchasing from Charter & Company, was met with welcoming service. Also made a fantastic pit stop due to the fact that we were offered water, coffee, and snacks.
