I had such an incredible experience with Luis. My serpentine belt broke unexpectedly, and I was completely stressed and unsure what to do. Luis didn’t just help me find the part — he went above and beyond by calling around to local shops and making sure my car was safe to continue on my journey. He was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about getting me safely back on the road. That level of customer service is rare these days. Luis is an amazing employee and truly represents what great service should look like. He absolutely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise! I have had excellent experience with O’Reilly Auto Parts. They are always helpful when I call ahead with questions, and will set aside the item I need if they are in short supply. Generally, they carry a large selection of products to choose from, and they are helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the various products.

My wife was heading to Ukiah when the oil light came on. She called and and I searched for an auto part store on her way, and this one popped up. I called and spoke to Jorge who was super nice and agreed to help my wife add the oil. She arrived and was looking for the oil when Jorge approached her and let her know he already had the oil up front - amazing service! Thank you Jorge and the rest of your staff.

Employee's there are very friendly and helpful. One gentle man that helped us even came outside to look at my vehicle to make sure we were purchasing the right parts and showed me how to install the parts.
