Chase Automotive Group

A truck was purchased from Chase Automotive in October 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the truck could not be driven home the day that it was purchased. The day that the truck was picked up resulted in an unforgettable and horrible experience. There was no gas in the truck but the owner did provide $5.00 for gas. The $5.00 did absolutely nothing for the gas tank. The battery was dead in the truck so his assistant jump started the battery. I drove the truck home and the battery light plus the gas light was on when I left the dealership. The next day, the truck was not drivable because the battery was dead again. I was late for work due to the issues with the truck. The owner of Chase Automotive was contacted about the dead battery but he was arguing with me then he hung up the phone
