Our car was hit in a parking lot, and had passenger side damage. Chaz did a wonderful job on our repairs. They were so thorough, and kept us informed throughout the repair process. They were also very accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

The team at Chaz Ltd is always friendly. They kept me updated every step of the way during my car repairs via text. The cherry on the top is that they work seamlessly with USAA. No additional stress to an already stressful situation!

I had them do a estimate and I filled out paperwork say I will have them do it. Called them later to tell them I changed my mind and not to order parts. The other party just wants to handle it without insurance. They still order the parts with out telling me and charged my insurance. When I found out the insurance still distributed the money to them. I called them up because the parts are now mine but they told me they threw the parts away because they couldn’t contact me.

I took my vehicle to this place. They gave me an estimation of $2200 initially. I put $500 down. They call me again and raised the price to $4200 total. The damage on my truck was a fender damage. I took it to A1 auto body and only cost me $800 total. This place is a rip off. Please do not go there. This place is a cheater and they do not care about the community.

We had a very positive experience with Chaz. Repaired bumper and side panel damage due to rear end accident. It took a couple of months to repair, and the car looks really good. Customer service was good from estimate to drop off to pick up. I called in for updates every month, and was always able to talk to someone right away and get good information from someone who knew exactly what was going on with my car. There was a small problem that I noticed a day after I picked it up, and they got it right in and took care of it quickly. Very happy with the experience.
