Cheerio Auto Repair

I brought my vehicle to this shop for several services, including a brake fluid flush, coolant flush, and battery cable replacement. After the initial services were completed and the vehicle was being prepared for pickup, the shop recommended replacing an additional part, and I agreed. After that part was installed, I was told the vehicle was no longer running and that I would need to pay for additional diagnosis. I felt uncomfortable with the situation and chose to have the vehicle towed to another repair shop for a second opinion. During that inspection, I was informed that the brake pedal felt extremely spongy and that the brake fluid service may not have been fully completed and would need to be redone. I also found that the battery cable listed on my invoice was not replaced and short

Do you know why people go to neighborhood shops? Because no one else will go the extra mile for a customer like a small business owner will. I don’t know where to start cheerio auto repair. Save me in a time of need. I was in a very dark place with a Chevy dealership. I bought a new truck from them two days later the truck ran hot. I took it back. They told The radiator was bad and they wanted to charge me 3500 for the repair not wanting to help at all knowingly. I just bought the truck from them two days prior cheerio auto repair. Got my truck inside ran a diagnostic and the conclusion was the radiator was not bad. The repair only ended up being $500. Sure your auto repair assured me that they offer nothing but honesty and good service. I’m driving my truck and is running very very well. I fell in love with cheerio auto repair. Cheerio did an awesome job on my Acura! My car was making a rumbling noise as it drove for a while and I had a feeling it was a wheel bearing issue. Cheerio confirmed my suspicions and got it repaired in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Both Evan and Henry were very friendly and knowledgeable about all things cars. Highly recommend and will be taking it to them for any other issues in the future.

Wife and I drove up from Orlando to look at used vehicles and noticed white smoke coming out of an exhaust pipe and dissipate after about 30 seconds. Still, it was concerning especially because it was later in the afternoon and we didn't have a mechanic lined up. Cheerio was booked but took 5 solid minutes out of his day to explain what it could be, the risks, potential cost of diagnostic/ repair, and next steps to help us get on a safe pathway forward. It didn't cost us a penny, but cost the owner/ mechanic time out of his busy day. He didn't ask for this review but absolutely deserves it. Trustworthy, great guy.
