I cannot say how wonderful this shop has been to my mother. The guys at the shop have been amazing to my mom when she needed anything for her car or repairs I live many states away from my mom who is a senior citizen in Orange city and there have been several occasions she needed immediate help and they have come to the rescue every single time with kindness. I just wanted to say thank you so much for treating my mom so well and I’m sure all your other customers as well.

A few months ago, I felt like I was in an impossible situation. My only vehicle, the one I relied on for my daily almost 30 minute commute, had become practically undrivable. My Mustang kept slipping in and out of idle mode, and I had no idea why. All I knew was that I didn’t think I could afford the time or money it would take to fix it. Since I’m new to the area and didn’t know anyone, I decided on a whim to take a chance on Sunrise Automotive, and my prayers were answered. Not only were they able to diagnose and fix the problem the very same day, but they also took the time to explain what had gone wrong. Best of all, they charged me a fair price that didn’t drain the limited funds I had available. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat.

I rated this shop a 5 star because of top notch service. In April, I thought I needed brakes. I took my car here for an oil change & to check my brakes. They were so honest! Sam, the mechanic who looked at my car, told me I did not need brakes yet. Never in my life have I brought my car to a shop thinking I would have to pay for new brakes, and then not have to!! As a single woman my knowledge of automotive stuff is not too good, so in relying on others, I have been taken advantage of in the past. So this was refreshing & amazing! Also, when I mentioned leaving my car and getting an Uber to get home, Mark, the owner, would not hear of it! He had his mechanic, Sam, give me a ride home and later the same day when the car was ready, Mark had him pick me up again to get my car. I do not live

I had to have my alternator replaced. They did same day service and I wasn’t charged an arm and a leg! Thank you so much Mark!!

I found Sunrise Automotive and Radiator Shop through a bunch of great Google reviews—and I’m really glad I did. The owner is very hands-on and genuinely cares about the work being done. He’s honest, explains exactly what your car needs, and doesn’t try to upsell you on unnecessary services. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare. This shop has definitely earned my trust and will be my go-to from now on!
