Chenoweth Pre-Owned

I got a pre owned truck here and drove it home and the engine light came on. Called and they said to bring it back so I did. They checked it and said it was a vacuum leak. They scheduled it to get fixed and rescheduled 3 times before the could do anything. Where supposed to do the bodywork also. I called them back and told them that I was not happy with the job they did. I called the back and they said they would call me back no one has ever called me back yet and that was Over 3 weeks now. I called 1 last time and told them I would never be back again

Got a pre-owned vehicle. Salesman was pushy. Less than 48 hours later, check engine light is on. After several calls (with no return calls) and a few stops into the office to explain my desire to return the car they refused, put it in for service and gave me a loner that didn't have gas( they did fill it after asking )and was a brand new vehicle that I didn't want the responsibility of taking care of. Also, the vehicle I traded in was not on the lot any longer. Never again will I shop there.

Very friendly staff and did not come off pushy, Beat my offers from other local Ford dealers! Very happy with my F-150

My salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about their inventory and what I was looking for. He pointed out several different models and helped to pick a great truck close to the payments that I wanted. This is the 4th purchase from them, and I will do it again.

This place will sell you damaged vehicle. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. damage was not disclosure. Paper stated no damage. THEY LIE
