My SUV needs 4 new tires. I own a small transportation company. On a Saturday I called and spoke with a man that didn't know English. I barely speak Spanish. So I asked him if texting would be more understandable he said yes. Well I texted him my business card the price of 4 new tires that he told me $350 over the phone $480 total for installation. Plus a picture of cash and my business card. I saw the read receipts on my phone. So I call Monday morning to ask if he had ordered the tires. He said No I have not ordered the tires. I asked him over and over again did you order the tires. He again said no I did not order the tires. Currently I have my spare tire which is a donut on my SUV and another tire is coming apart so it is a safety hazard to drive my SUV at this time. It is apparently o
