Chris Garcia has really put together a great team here. I knew him when I was buying parts from the Boernee location. We are thrilled to have him out here. And he is doing a great job servicing my shop!

The staff is very unexperienced and need to learn more about parts. All tho the manger is very knowledgeable and that’s the reason I didn’t give a one star. But I would say if the manger isn’t in store I’ll drive the extra 20 miles to the one in kerrville with people that are more knowledgeable

Very helpful employees when you’re looking for something but they need to ask more questions about the vehicle information and the specification of model and year not just assume that’s the correct part cause some parts are not the correct part for that model when you assume even with classic cars or new cars some times ask to see the original part that is broken to get the correct part that the vehicle requires to fix the problem

It's been a long time since I actually got help at any automotive store. Scott took the time to help me when he didn't have too. Awesome job

Staff was helpful and friendly. Broke down not to far away. We called ahead to see if they had what we needed. They had it ready for us when we got there.
