I contacted this company, after Uber and Lyft never showed up. I had a 6 minute drive from the casino to my hotel and I was charged $20. I told him that he was taking advantage of me and he advised me I can take you back lady and you can continue to wait. I felt disrespected and clearly robbed.

Dont waste your time or money. Rudy sent me harassing messages after kicking me out of his car for queationing what took him so long and why ot was $20 for ride to go a mile

Do not come to Cherokee and depend on taxi uber Lyft etc. promised a ride home by taxi company 3:21 in the morning still waiting.

Called for a cab from Microtel Inn & Suites to be dropped off at Harrah's Cherokee Soco Tower and the driver charged us $15, which is a RIP OFF! And to add insult to injury he got another call from a friend at Qualla Motel and asked us was it okay to pick him up before he dropped us off. We said it was okay. He dropped the friend off at the Cherokee Hotel Tower and the friend gave him $5. We will NEVER ever use this company again because we feel that as an out of towner we were taken advantage of on the most despicable way. I witnessed the friend pay $5 and his hotel was farther than ours and we were charged $15. Can't remember the driver's name but the time he picked us up was 11:53 am. That's exploitation on people that doesn't live in the area. Shame, shame, shame!!!!

You will fear for your life the entire ride. Goes double the speed limit through sharp mountain curves while using the phone. Every warning light on the dash is on. You'll smell the brakes before you feel them used. Do not ride with these people.
