Owner is rude to customers he tried explaining what was wrong and made no sense at all like he didn’t even know how the vehicle worked. Not sure how he even owns a shop if he don’t know how a simple rack and pinion system works. His mechanic told me he taught them to align them by pulling the steering wheel off and putting it back on straight. After I heard that I requested my money back and the owner refused claims he already ordered the parts and done the labor which he did but it wasn’t done correctly or wasn’t drivable. My vehicle came here driving and left on a tow truck.

A few weeks ago I was passing through Cherokee NC on my 1971 Electra Glide, as luck had it I broke down just around the corner from David’s shop. He offered me everything short of the shirt off his back to help me get back on the road. Top notch group of guys for all mechanical needs, I’ll be stopping by to say hello next time I’m riding by.

Went camping in Cherokee and had an issue with my truck. Met Hawk before they opened and he had the truck towed and repaired within a few hours, saving us a 4 hour trip! The charge was extremely reasonable! Highly recommended! Thank you Hawk and team!!
