Do yourself a favor and read the bad reviews here. The customer service here is seriously lacking, from the owner down to the front desk. To be fair, there was an initial miscommunication about the work needed on my car that was on my end, I owned up to it and paid for it, and the owner and I came to an agreement to come back for a correct service. When I returned a second time, they made an effort to address the issue quickly, which I appreciated. However, when I picked up my vehicle, it was clear they hadn't even reviewed the paperwork, which was hard to believe for a transmission shop. I had written the instructions out word for word, reminded the secretary in person, and also went over it during my scheduling call with who I believed was the owner? all within 24 hours of the appoint

Reasonable price on an E4OD rebuild Good people to work with. Just know ahead, they don't take personal checks and credit cards cost 3.5% more. I payed cash and all is right with the world!

I have used this shop for years, but this past week they really went above and beyond by doing a safety inspection on my hummer H3 for a long trip to Texas. They identified several things and got it all done within 24 hours. They have always been honest and fair.

Our Chevy wouldn’t start. So we had it towed to Cherry City Transmission, during the past holiday week and they took it right in and checked everything in the ignition & electrical. Very thorough and great attention to detail. Jeff, our mechanic, kept us posted during every stage of the troubleshooting. It was fixed when he said it would be fixed, and at a very reasonable cost for parts & labor. Highly recommend!
