I recently visited Cherry Collision (Chery Hill) for an estimate. The receptionist was nice and took photos of my vehicle to share with the estimator. As I was waiting, the estimator did not greet me or say hello, When the estimate was finished, it was handed to the receptionist to give to me. The experience felt impersonal. I then decided to get another estimate from Cherry Collision Mount Laurel, and the experience was completely different. Their estimate was about $500 less, and everyone there was very friendly and professional. From Jada at the front desk to Geraldo, the adjuster, who personally greeted me, showed me the different areas that needed to be repaired and clearly explained the costs, the service was excellent. Having a car accident is stressful, and even scary. This was my first fender bender, and I was clueless how to move forward at first. My insurance company sent me to Cherry Collision for the estimate and repairs. Paige checked me in for my inspection, and she put me at ease from the minute I walked in. I even missed a detail on my insurance claim and, she was so patient waiting on me to correct it so we could move forward.
