Not only did they repair the damage from the rear-end accident, but they also went above and beyond by shining up my car and making her look beautiful again—well beyond what I expected from the repairs alone. While they had my vehicle, they even took the time to look into another issue I was experiencing, which really showed how much they care about their customers. We had such a good experience with Cherry Hill Auto Body! Someone hit our BMW in our parking garage and left a significant dent across the right side, but Jerry and Manny took care of everything for us without issue. They are so easy to work with, really communicative and professional. And our car was ready much faster than what insurance estimated. I have had great experiences with this place so far! The technicians are very nice, reasonable, and know what they are talking about. I also had no problems reaching the shop over the phone, which was a plus. I came here the first time a couple weeks ago when my front bumper came off. I was so stressed after this happened, especially since it was a Friday evening; but, I found them online and saw they have Saturday hours.
