Customer Reviews
As someone who has been in customer service management for over 18 years… READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO HERE. The “service manager” Ben is the most condescending rude person I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with . This place has a bad feeling about it. And the three service employees are MISERABLE and you can tell that they are poorly cared for and poorly treated at their jobs. Mind you completely unnsupported. After over a year of taking my car back and forth to the auto body shop and to cherry hill vw for the SIXTH TIME— my jettas check engine light has returned or an emissions issue. I had already spent $1300 dollars at vw cherry hill in September to get this issue fixed for it to return again for a “different part different code” okay understood. After I take it in again, Erik
After an extensive search for the perfect car, I thought I had found it at Cherry Hill Imports. Since the dealership is 300 miles away, I was very thorough in performing my due diligence in regards to the car. After agreeing upon a price, I purchased a one way ticket and flew into Philadelphia airport. The dealership provided a Lyft to the dealership and the car was seemingly perfect. I briefly test drove it and even went as far as using my OBD2 scanner to check for hidden fault codes. We closed the deal around 3:30 pm and I left the dealer for my 6 hour drive home in my dream car (23 Corvette convertible). After 30 minutes on the road, the car threw a check engine light. I used my OBD2 scanner and it revealed an emissions related code that could not be cleared. The code reader sho
My 2022 VW atlas has been making horrible gurgling/screeching sounds when braking and the dealer said "we have complaints like that all the time and no solution but we can do a brake inspection and have to charge you". Then I took it in for a recall on the passenger air bag which I had an appointment for by the way and they said for almost a week that they didn't have a technician to fix it. Once they finally had a technician available, the system was not working to fix the recall. So now I have to bring the loaner back "with a full tank immediately" and take back my unfixed car! How lovely. I asked if there is anything they can do for inconvenience and they said no, without hesitation or an apology.
As a “car guy” I knew quite a bit about the vehicle I was looking for. I’m not one to be swayed by a test drive or looking at additional cars if what I’m initially looking for isn’t available. That being said I was interested in a used car they had listed with no photos. I just needed to confirm additional features the car was equipped with to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time. I had already secured financing and was bringing a trade in. The car had been posted for two weeks and held up in service (not really sure why they said waiting on parts). The dealer was not willing to send additional pictures until the car was done from service. In my mind it was a simple request. This was a make or break for me because again I already knew how I wanted the car to be equipped. Just confirming t
We came in today to lease a new Volkswagon after doing some researching online. Admittedly, I was pretty nervous because I’ve never bought or leased a new car before and this nervousness had me putting off upgrading to a new vehicle. Chris Szary (I took his business card so I knew how to spell it!), the man who helped us out today, made us feel super comfortable right away. He answered all of our questions, made us feel welcome, and led us through the process smoothly. If there were bumps on the back end, I didn’t feel them. Honestly, I never leave reviews for places I go, but Chris did such a good job making a “scary” experience for me feel so casual, inviting, and easy, I felt compelled to compliment him here. We’ll be back again for upgrades when we need them, for sure! Also, the car
