I scheduled an appointment and dropped our car off due to receiving warning message about the 12V battery. Matt was extremely helpful and explained that they could take care of the recalls and service campaign for the car. The team was good at communicating that the car was done after two days in the shop and that everything was covered under warranty. I went to pick up the car and was out the door in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service and communication by the team

Abysmally overpriced and incredibly slow service. I had an 8:15am appointment and it took them all day to diagnose and repair a singular faulty part. They asked if I were okay with leaving the vehicle overnight, indicating they had no urgency to actually fix the issue within a reasonable amount of time, which according to other reviews is clearly a trend item. Doing a simple google search indicated the oil pressure sensor part that was repaired for my vehicle should have run around $100 (after labor $250-$300 total at most)… $700 was the final bill after an up charge for every nut and bolt, a diagnose charge, etc. Would never recommend this service center to anyone.

Be very weiry of this crooked company! We moved back home to NJ a lil over a year ago. My husband has our Volkswagen Jetta R series serviced here, for routine maintenance. The service is very slowwwww to begin with. Early morning appt, don't expect to get your car back u til late afternoon. I believe they're taking our money and not performing the services. The car was last serviced mid December and by the end of January, the car signals indicates the car needs oil as well as windshield wiper fluid. This is the only place that has serviced our car since returning to NJ. We have not required any other services to the car, just maintenance. Since the signals were coming on, we went to autozone to purchase oil. The salesman and my husband go to the car, lift the hood up to double check oil

I took my Golf to get serviced at this location--it was a recall on a small part--and had a good experience! Dana was the front desk person who kindly helped me. I was able to set up and work from one of the desks until my car was finished; when it was, Dana came by and gave me all the details on the work that was done as well as a free car inspection & coupon for a car wash. Thank you!

The team took care of my airbag recall efficiently, provided a free inspection, and a free car wash. Amazing service and attention to detail. Highly recommend if you live in the area and have a VW.
