Chesaco RV - Frederick

Buyer Beware - I bought a new Keystone Bullet towable in March 2025 with the expectation that the Frederick location (local to me) would have a service department. I called multiple times over the summer trying to get defects handled that I felt would be covered under warrantee. I left messages with an operator who told me the service manager would call me back - I never received a returned call. After many months of this, in September I was finally told their service department had closed and was redirected to their service department in Joppa, MD (north of Baltimore - 1.5hr drive for me). The Joppa service department worked with Keystone and handled most of the repairs under warrantee at no cost to me (as expected). Had a great experience. They were able to be competitor prices. I feel like we got our bang for our buck. Very happy with the Coachman, class C rv. Definitely will be back!

I had a great experience working with Loretta and Erica. They were honest, which I appreciate, and very welcoming while I was at the office all day while my hitch was installed, trade in occurred and the orientation and pick up of the new camper happened. Trade in was fair and we love our new camper. The service department (Oliver) did an excellent job installing my fifth wheel hitch and was extremely thorough in showing me all the ins and outs of hooking up the camper and demonstrating all the exterior components of the camper. We had an amazing experience at Chesaco RV, we just left with our golf stream amerilite and the entire process was made so easy and stress free by the staff at Chesaco. A special thanks to Chara who was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating to us and our toddler. Also a special thank you to Rob who was so patient and kind with us during the process. The smaller family feel of Chesaco made for such an easy process for us we could not be happier. Thank you all again!

UPDATE: 9/29/18 We decided to buy our Rockwood from Chesaco. Our demonstration time was at 9:30 - We arrived at 9:15 and much like a doctors office we were seen at our time!! George took us through our unit and we couldn't be happier. Tommy Jordan ran us through our paperwork and Josh shook our hand as we drove off. You don't find this kind of attention to detail anymore!! This is the way that business should be conducted!!! Give Josh and his staff a chance, you wont regret it! - Marc S. Haven't bought one yet but these guys are great. The General Manager took time out of his day to personally answer the questions we had that the saleslady didn't know.
